1. About the service

NorskeForum ("the service", "we") is a Norwegian online community where members can create and join groups, publish posts and comments, and organize events. By registering an account you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in happens through links sent by email. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Content and conduct

You keep all rights to the content you publish. By publishing you grant us a non-exclusive right to store and display the content as part of the service.

You may not publish content that:

• is illegal, threatening, hateful or harassing,
• violates other people's privacy or intellectual property rights,
• is spam, misleading or harmful (e.g. malware).

Group moderators and we may hide or remove content that violates these terms, and may close your account for repeated or serious violations.

4. Termination

You can delete your account at any time under account settings. This permanently deletes your account and all your content. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability or freedom from errors. Content published by members is their own responsibility; we are not liable for member-published content, but remove unlawful content we are made aware of.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the service before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
